Your G People

You can still access Your G People when you are home to view your payslip (for weekly paid colleagues on Supply sites, you will continue to receive your payslip and it will be sent to your home address).

For those of you who have not downloaded the mobile app onto your phone then you can use the following link https://performancemanager.successfactors.eu/login?company=C0001238983P which will take you to the Your G People login page.

If you do access Your G People then we would encourage you to check that your personal details, including your address, are correct. Additionally, we would ask you to add your personal email address and phone details to your record, so we are able to keep in contact with you.

What should I do if I can’t remember my password for Your G People?

If you can’t remember your password for Your G People, click on “forgot password” and you will be asked to answer your two security questions (please remember the answers are case sensitive). You will then be asked to type in a new password and then re-type it in the second box to confirm.

Passwords:

  • Must be between 8 and 14 characters long
  • Are case sensitive and must be a mixture of lower and upper case
  • Must contain at least one of each of the following; number, letter, symbol
  • Must be different to any of the previous 10 passwords
  • Cannot contain user names, first name or surname
  • Can contain any combination of letter, number and symbols

 

What should I do if this password reset doesn’t work?

If the password reset process, doesn’t work, please ring 0191 281 7721 (Monday – Friday, between 9am-5pm) and select:

Option 2 for People Support (if you work in Retail or Supplies)

Option 3 for IT Support (if you are a graded manager or part of our support team)

 

What do I do if I can’t remember/don’t know my user name?
